My practice is 100% virtual at this time, offering secure and confidential online therapy sessions to clients located in Maryland. This allows you to access high-quality support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, without the need to commute.

Online therapy offers the same dedicated, confidential support as in-person sessions with added convenience and flexibility. The process is straightforward and secure, as we meet using a HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your privacy is always protected. Before each appointment, I will email you a unique, private link to our virtual session room, and at our scheduled time, you simply click the link to join me from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Many clients find that receiving therapy from a familiar environment helps them feel more relaxed and focused on our work together.
-
My fee is $150 for a standard 50-minute therapy session.

I am currently an in-network provider with United Healthcare and Aetna. For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a monthly document called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's specific out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your coverage for out-of-network mental health services.

Your first appointment, often called the intake session, is a collaborative conversation in a comfortable, non-judgmental space for us to get to know one another.
We will spend the session discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your relevant personal history, and talking about what you hope to achieve. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of your unique situation so I can best support you.

The duration of therapy is a highly personal journey and varies for each individual. There is no "one-size-fits-all" timeline, as the length of our work together depends on your unique circumstances, needs, and personal goals.
This is a collaborative process. We will establish your goals from the beginning and periodically review your progress to ensure our sessions are effective and meeting your needs. My ultimate goal is to empower you with the insight and tools to thrive independently, and our work together will continue as long as you find it beneficial.
